Harass, threaten, offend, or defame other users or Crownplay support staff.

Attempt to circumvent our security systems or alter the normal operation of the platform.

Any violation of these rules will result in the suspension or irrevocable termination of your account.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Where applicable and provided for by the platform's services, financial transactions must comply with our internal procedures. All deposits must originate from bank accounts, cards, or e-wallets legally held by the account holder of Crownplay. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. We reserve the right to apply minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the need for security checks (KYC and AML - Anti-Money Laundering). We may request additional documentation (e.g., identification documents, proof of residence, bank statements) before processing any withdrawal request. Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are borne by the user, unless otherwise specified.

Risk Disclosure

Using our platform involves an inherent level of financial risk. There is no guarantee of positive results, winnings, or profits. You fully accept and understand that you may lose deposited funds. The use of our services should be considered solely for personal entertainment. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any spending decision is made at your sole discretion.

Suspension and Termination

In case of closure due to serious violation (such as fraud or money laundering), funds in the account may be retained or confiscated to cover any damages or as required by competent authorities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them or in relation to their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian jurisdiction (Italy). You irrevocably agree that the competent Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
